His diving equipment is in very good condition.
During the dive itself you feel very safe with alan. You can tell that he knows what he's doing. Even after the dives you could still swim in the cenote and alan didn't make any time pressure. It was a very impressive experience and I can only recommend alan.

On a recent trip to Tulum, I got the chance to dive with Alan several times and would highly recommend him for training classes as well as guided cenote dives. I dive a lot, and have seen many teaching and guiding styles; Alan was very knowledgeable with the SDI sidemount course, and I came away from it with a super solid skill base I look forward to continuing to work on. He is detail-oriented, kind, patient, and always had excellent constructive tips to help me improve. I think he would be an excellent instructor for anyone from beginning divers just starting out to those doing more advanced courses.
